Experienced DBA for start up (Buffalo/Syracuse)

I’m looking for an experienced SQL DBA to work on a start up website. The DBA will work closely with the Project Manager and web designers to get a website up and running. We have a great idea that we want to roll with and are looking for an experienced DBA. This could be a great opportunity for somebody who is willing to give it a shot.
