Needed: 2 hardworking interns with ninja skills to help with a wide variety of tasks at our small ad/PR/event planning firm.

The functions performed will largely depend on the unique talents of the top candidates. Our firm provides such a large range of services to our clients that we could use help in a variety of areas. We will likely select two very different candidates, such as an intern with strong business skills and an intern with strong writing, design or artistic skills.

We do all of the following: website design and development; print, radio and TV ads; corporate films; business development (creating long-term business strategies and marketing plans); guerilla PR; public relations; event planning. If you have talents applicable to the above-mentioned services we provide, then you might be considered for a position.

We are particularly interested in interns who have some or all of the following skills: design, web skills & programming skills (Java, Web 2.0, etc), computer skills (Adobe a plus), visual art, PR (experience with media relations, press releases, press kits), event planning (opportunities to help plan events for SXSW and with the Enchanted Forest, along with a restaurant client of ours), etc.

We’re looking for creative people with entrepreneurial spirits. We want you to take initiative and help us think of ideas we may’ve missed. Also, you may be able to work from home most of the time if you are self-sufficient and can complete tasks without much direction. The work environment is not very structured, so you must be a flexible person who can create a niche for yourself. We are a very fun company made up of eccentric cartoon characters, so a good fit would be fellow eccentrics/creatives (or must at least have a tolerance for eccentrics).
