Need a campaign for a site using either Twitter or Facebook to either get followers or fans. How many of each could you get and what’s the cost? I won’t give up account information (i.e. for mass follows and unfollows - I could do that myself if I wanted) but I’d rather it be more organic. Best methods to price ratio will get the winning bid.
