Super Simple Facebook Project

Hi we’re a music company here in the USA, We’re looking for someone who can make a simple webpage (we’ll handle the graphic design) where after inputting their facebook connect info (if they’re not already signed in) the user will be able to download an mp3 upon hitting “submit.” A story will then be posted into their feed once the download begins. Who can help?
