Bookkeeper/accountant/office manager (potrero hill)

Full service bookkeeper/accountant/office manager for boutique Construction Management business in San Francisco. Job cost construction accounting experience would be a plus. Needs to be fully fluent in Quickbooks Pro and payroll function, A/P, A/R, filing of 940’s etc. Needs to have experience in setting up multiple companies and must understand how to prepare and analyze a P&L and Balance sheet. Additionally must be able to maintain filing system, help with construction related documentation, and have superior Excel, Word and Outlook experience. Job would be part-time initially – 40 to 80 hours per month. Pay would be subject to qualifications and experience – between $25 - $40 per hour. Hours can be flexible and some work can be done offsite.
