I am looking for someone who can write clean and safe PHP for an authentication test (somewhat like Captcha). The programmer should have knowledge of Web Design in order to set up a simple presentation site of this invention. I am looking for someone I can work closely with and who is ready to start right away, is available within agreed schedule and will be prioritizing this project.
