Need Video To Announce Contest

I need a simple and quick video (or Flash or PowerPoint presentation with voiceover) to announce a contest. Very straight forward except it should have 2 versions at the end a) Static frame with contact info (for use on YouTube and such sites) b) Last frame redirects to opt-in page inside video frame so it appears to be part of video (for use on our blog/) c) Need to see samples to see quality of your work and make sure you understand what I need d) Need this completed in a day or so, deliver…
